Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business and suppliers, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in specific situations outlined below.

No Returns or Buyer’s Remorse

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size, color, or style chosen by the customer

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Minor differences in appearance (such as color variations due to screen settings)

Please review product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will only offer a replacement or refund if your item:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Is defective

  • Is incorrect (wrong item received) or if you didn't get the results promoted for the product

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • You must provide clear photo or video proof of the issue

  • The item must be unused

If approved, we will either:

  • Send a replacement at no cost, or

  • Issue a refund at our discretion

Lost or Missing Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please contact your local carrier directly.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Customers are encouraged to contact us first before filing a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
